Short, because we collect little.

Effective October 29, 2026 · PelorusHX LLC

What we collect

Two things, both given by you on purpose:

• Contact form. Name, work email, organization, role, and whatever you write in the message. It is emailed to jeff@pelorushx.com so a Pelorus principal can reply, and it is not added to any marketing list.
• Subscribe form. Your work email, used to send you new Pelorus insights and perspectives. Every send includes a way to stop.

What we measure

This site uses privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand which pages are read. It does not use advertising trackers and does not set tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.

What we don't do

• No selling or renting of your information, to anyone, ever.
• No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
• No collection beyond what the two forms ask for.

Who processes data on our behalf

The site is hosted on Vercel, form email is delivered by Resend, and our email runs on Microsoft 365. Each processes data only to provide those services. Product sites linked from this one (Sentinel, Sightline, Reveal HX, Concierto XM, MyHealth-Passport) have their own practices.

Your choices

Want your information corrected or deleted, or want off the subscribe list? Email jeff@pelorushx.com and it will be handled, usually within a few business days.
